When you open the sliding doors of the living room you can walk straight into the pool. On one side of the pool are sun loungers. On the other side is a covered terrace with both a dining table and a sofa. Here you have shade and the terrace is well positioned in the wind. Throughout the garden you enjoy complete privacy. Many tropical flowers and plants grow here. Beautiful trees stand in the garden behind the house. On the slope from the street to the house there is enough space to park several cars.
Plot overview
The plot is 900 m2. The house is about 2.5 metres above street level. This gives you ultimate privacy. The front garden is over 200 m2. The large pool is 9m by 5m. The dimensions of the villa are 13 by 13 metres. Behind it is also a back garden.
